    Update to Client Appointment Reminders

Automated client appointment reminder texts/calls have been slightly modified to more clearly emphasize the client's expected arrival time when the arrival time is before the scheduled appointment.  The expected arrival time will now be stated before the time of the scheduled appointment.

    Single Assessment/CSP Questionnaire Process

The Single Assessment (SA) for medium-or high-intensity services is a standardized process used to determine whether a child under age 21 who is MaineCare-eligible and has a behavioral health disability needs medium- or high-intensity behavioral health services—and, if so, which services are clinically appropriate.

This process is to help ensure children receive services in the most integrated, least restrictive setting.

This process includes a Single Assessment Referral, a new questionnaire in the authorization request (CSP Questionnaire) and a CSP Follow Up Questionnaire.
