If you need to signal for help before a timer session expires or if you aren't in an active session, you can always trigger the panic button. This will immediately notify our monitoring center that you need help. If the panic button is pressed outside of an active session, location, notes will not be available. And we will go off of your GPS location. There are two ways to trigger the panic button first by opening up the mobile app and pressing the big red rectangular panic button, you can use this method of triggering the panic button during or outside of an active session, stop authorities have been notified.
