    Check If an Incoming Email Has Been Blocked

    Learn how to locate blocked emails.

    If you locate a blocked email, you will need assistance from IT Support to get it to deliver to your inbox.  Follow the instructions below.

    When you first log on, the Action Taken category defaults to the Quarantined option.  

     

    Staff can set emails that have been Quarantined to deliver to their inbox by following these instructions.

    There is no option for you to set emails that have been Blocked to deliver without assistance.  

     

     

    Click the dropdown arrow and select the Blocked option.

     

    You will be able to see sender addresses (From) and the subject of the emails in order to distinguish if an email you've been expecting or one from an address you recognize and know is safe, has been blocked.  

     

     

     

     

     

     

    You can also change the Date Presets if you want to view emails from different date ranges.  

     

     

    Once you've confirmed an email that you need has been blocked, let IT Support know what the sender address and subject of the email is so they can assist in getting the email delivered to your inbox.
