Retroactive CCBHC Auths.
Retroactive CCBHC auths. are needed when a client gains MaineCare retroactively.
- IT/Neo will NOT be doing any retroactive CCBHC auths anymore. Staff will be 100% responsible for these.
- Retroactive MaineCare auths. for CCBHC will only be allowed when client has had no previous CCBHC auths.
- If client HAS had previous CCBHC auths, you will need to enter a new registration for the current date and then contact Kaley at the state (Kaley.Haynes@maine.gov) for a back date to the date client gained MaineCare.
