Med Tech Note
| If a Med Tech Note is complete but client leaves prior to be seen by their Med Clinic (MC/MCC) provider, Neo will automatically remove the Med Tech Note, even if it has been completed/signed, once the MED appointment has been changed from its KEPT status to any other status (DNS, CBT, CBC, LCBC, Error). |
