The Client Search is the starting point for client activities like signing documents. The list of clients displayed are defined in Neo under Staff→Mobile App Settings.
To reduce the list of potential clients, try using the "Client Search" feature. It will automatically filter after entering 3 letters or numbers in the search box, but clicking the ‘Search’ button will work with any amount of characters.
All matching clients will be displayed with the part of their information that matches the search criteria, as pictured below. It will search each part of the client's name, ID, and preferred name as well as caregiver information.
Once the client is found in the list, clicking or touching the client information card will take you to the Client Home Screen.
